Metal Embossing Workshop: Christmas Tree Decoration

Join us for Metal Embossing your own Christmas hanging decorations – a 2 hour workshop includes mulled wine, mince pies and festive tunes to get you in the festive spirit!

You will get to make two amazing designs – so why not keep one for yourself and gift one to a friend!

Your expert pewter and mixed media teacher  – Mel Berman, a resident artist at The Old Print Works in Moseley will be giving a step-by-step process to make these gorgeous decorations.

You will learn to emboss in low and high relief on pewter and copper and learn how to layer in metal tape. The decorations will be coloured with different waxes and inks and embellished with ribbon and beads.

No artistic ability is required as you will be working with stencils and tracings.

This workshop is for age 14+, with an adult present – swap your mulled wine for a nice mug of hot choc or other soft drinks!
