Thursday 21st December – get ready for a one-of-a-kind dining experience as @daniel.jb.lee MasterChef winner, collaborates with Kilo Ziro to bring you an evening filled with incredible flavours and sustainable twists!

Concept: SENG GOR “Seng Gor” means “WHOLE” in Cantonese, and it’s the heart and soul of this extraordinary event. Both Dan Lee and Kilo Ziro co-owner, Jeanette Pell, have roots in Hong Kong, and this concept is deeply rooted in their cultural heritage. In Hong Kong, resourcefulness and minimizing waste have been part of the culture for generations. Jeanette Pell emphasises, “Save, repair, and reuse; we should use the WHOLE of any item to its full capacity”.

Dan Lee, inspired by his auntie’s teachings, has embraced the idea of utilizing all ingredients to their fullest potential from a young age. In alignment with Kilo Ziro’s ethos of reducing waste, he will be crafting a unique menu that focuses on using THE WHOLE of one product across the four savoury courses, each in a distinctively different way.

The event which consists of a 5-course tasting menu with a 175ml glass of wine (or Mocktail alternative) will take place Thursday 21st December with 2 hour table bookings available between 5.30pm to 9pm – Tickets are £57pp.
Guests can upgrade to our selected paired wine 100ml taster x 4 wines for £70pp

MENU UPDATE –

The vegetarian menu will explore the endless possibilities of a simple onion, yes that’s right, your kitchen staple will be used in every way possible including the onion skin in true Zero Waste Style!

And behold The Chicken Menu – indulge in Dan Lee’s talent of creating 4 delicious dishes using SENG GOR chicken.

Join us for a culinary journey that honours tradition, embraces sustainability and offers a dining experience like no other.

Please note, as this collab is limited to one evening only and due to feasibly and space in our venue, Dan Lee will only be able to offer two set menus – which means individual requests cannot be catered for during this event.

Please arrive on time or no more than 5 minutes prior to your booking time as we are expecting a busy evening. Your booking slot is for 2 hours and a polite reminder that the table may be required back at the end of the booking time.

Tables are assigned based on the booking group size, if your party has booked on seperate orders, please write in the notes which other booking name you would like to combine with as we can only adjust the table plan at the time of booking.
